Product Introduction
The DMC series pulse single machine dust collector is a small bag filter designed by our company after digesting and absorbing similar products at home and abroad for improvement. The dust collector adopts a pulse jet cleaning method, which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, high purification efficiency, large processing air volume, long filter bag life, low maintenance workload, and safe and reliable operation.This series of dust collectors has six specifications, each of which can be divided into two types: standard ash hopper type A and open flange type B. Its structure is mainly composed of filter chamber, filter bag, air purifying chamber, ash hopper, ash unloading valve, pulse blowing device, electric control box, etc. The box is all welded, and the access door is sealed with foam rubber strips to ensure tight dust removal and no wind.
The working principle of dust removal is as follows: the dust containing gas enters the filtering chamber from the ash hopper, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash bin. The dust containing gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the bag surface. The clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the bag mouth to the clean air chamber by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the equipment resistance to rise to the set value, the time relay outputs a signal, and the programmable controller starts to work. The pulse valve is opened to allow compressed air to blow the filter bag through the nozzle, causing the filter bag to suddenly expand. Under the action of reverse airflow, the powder attached to the bag surface quickly separates from the bag and falls into the ash hopper, and the dust is discharged through the ash discharge valve. After all filter bags are blown clean, the dust collector resumes normal operation.
